This was our 5th time dining at KIMDO BBQ, and it’s still as good as ever! The meat is always fresh and well-marinated, and grilling it at the table makes the experience even more enjoyable. The side dishes are tasty and refill quickly, and the staff are friendly and attentive every time we visit.

🍢 Food & Taste: Love the grilled skewers. This is like Lok Lok but the grilled version instead of fried. The chilli is really good! I do hope they sell the chilli in jars! Would always have this when coming to City Square! …

Kimdo BBQ is one of the famous local BBQ spots in Johor Bahru. Now that they’ve opened at Johor Bahru City Square, it’s even more convenient to grab and go. The food quality is always good and consistent. The BBQ is tasty and well-prepared every time. Definitely a nice and reliable place for BBQ in JB.

I really love their chili – it's incredibly tangy! They do a great job of fitting the ingredients onto the skewers. However, the broccoli could use a bit more cooking time, as it was a little too burnt and still a bit hard. Their location is very convenient but the shop is very squeeze for dine in.
