Should have trusted the reviews. Not sure if this is consistent with all Kenny Rogers, or is it just this outlet. Chicken portion small, sides too. Their famed muffin shrunk and tasted strange now. Gone are the famous Kenny Rogers Mac & Cheese, tasty corn muffin, generous juicy chicken. Everything gone down the drain. Kenny Rogers was such a legacy….sad to see it like this now.

Food is tasty as per standard. Manpower is critical. Scan QR code for menu but can’t order. Showed TNGO for payment but can’t use. Chef came to help out at cashier. Too many flies.

Menu itself limited, a lot of food sold out. Preparation time, if u can wait, then will be no issue. The food itself is quite normal, nothing fancy.

The food? Good. The service from one male staff? Good. The attitude from the woman at the counter? Legendary… in the worst way. She slammed our food on the table and when we politely said “thank you,” she gave us a rude “ha” no smile, no respect. It’s not that hard to be decent. Hope management looks into this.

The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. The food was okay, although the portion size was rather small. The environment was clean and comfortable.

Had my meals for Iftar today...food were prepared earlier n placed on reserved table with unattended guests...a couple of flies flying around n rested on the drinks n food... informed staff n she acknowledged by pointing at the repellent device n walked off...
