Not recommend this place. If u buy hard liquor they charge for the mixer. Singing is alright there but they don't have band. Just like singing karaoke on stage. Girls mostly local. Looks not really pretty but keep asking for tips.

Awagyu JB's Wagyu beef is tender and juicy, Ranseed's service is attentive, their grilling is precise, and the atmosphere is comfortable; it's definitely worth a special trip back. 5 stars.

Had an amazing dining experience at Awagyu JB! The beef was absolutely top-notch, perfectly tender and flavorful. A special shoutout to Ranseed, who provided excellent service and cooked our beef to perfection. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality wagyu experience!

This is the most smelly, dirty, karaoke I had ever visited. Pitch tone key not available, very unpleasant experience. Not recommended as money spent not worth it. Wasting time and trip. Definitely way below par standard.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Songs are pretty updated and some even has scoring so you can see how well you sing. Overall a good experience
