January 2026. Hassle free embarkation/disembarkation process for the Shuttle Tebrau KTM service. Departure gate A is usually utilised for embarkation for trains to Singapore. Departure gate B is utilised for embarkation for the new ETS service and other KTM train services to other parts of Malaysia.

Fairly easy ride to and fro Singapore to JB. One train every 1.15 hour. Transit time 5-7 mins. Queue for train seat though. There is no guarantee seats for elderly. So must first come first serve kind…
