Dropped by ITSU at AEON Tebrau just to browse, but after trying out their massage chairs, I realized how much I needed one. The experience was relaxing and the staff made sure I understood each feature clearly. Ended up buying one for my home and it’s now part of my daily routine. No regrets!

I visited the Itsu store in Aeon Tebrau and was really impressed. The customer service was excellent — no pushy sales, just friendly and informative staff. The massage chairs are amazing and feel just like a professional massage. I’m very happy with my purchase!
