Bad customer service at cashier counter. Bought 4 items from shop and cashier having a bad mood while we checking on the request for item check. While I was shopping at this shop, I observed that three Chinese staff members were standing together, while a Malay female staff member was simultaneously counting stock, attending to customers, and rushing to the cashier to process payments on her own. I’m sorry to say this, but the situation gave the impression of racial bias.
