Always bad service!! i came last time asked about price and size from ayu but she responded so rudely with rude face. Then i come again she at cashier and treat cust so bad! Never treat your customer nice, I think your life always not a good day!

On 11 Dec 2024, i was planning to buy accessories especially ring at H&M Paradigm JB. When i entered there, before reach men section, there was a foul smell like toilet in the entire store. I leave the store immediately.

Unprofessional in handling exchanges. Went to purchase 2 shirts yesterday. Both were under a 20% promotion with purchases over 150. I came back today to exchange a damaged piece which i realised was damaged only after going back to the apartment. They did a refund for the old piece and charged me full price for the replaced piece? Why did i have to lose 20% because of a damaged piece? They told me it was stall protocol. Its not much around 20rm, but the point here is the mistake wasn’t mine to begin with.
