completely don’t understand the reason for keeping the fitting room closed for over half an hour while so many customers are shopping and wanting to try on clothes. This reflects a really poor attitude and organisational arrangement.

I was there yesterday and wanted to buy 2 shirts and h&m. Both is white colour but one have make up stain from other people trying . So i ask the staff can help me take a new piece.
