Staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy — service felt untrained and inattentive. The ice cream was overly sweet. Overall, the experience did not match the price. Not worth it, and I won’t be returning.

Taste ok but not as fancy as other brand, maybe we not so suit to the sweet level! Not worth to que per my personal opinion.

SO GOOD. I got the genmaicha flavour in the smallest cup, and it was still plenty. Strong, satisfying flavour and creamy consistency. Will go back for this. A little pricey, but worth.

The sea salt coconut flavour as well as another flavour that the sales lady mention taste like tea is nice … not so sweet and more of milky after taste . The price can be on a high side . Occasional treat is still will do .
