I did a very bad tattoo in Singapore. I get to know about Feng tattoo and found Wei who does cover tattoos. Very happy with my tattoo with Wei. Highly recommended. He advise and is creative with his tattoo. He did my free hand. I just give him ideas. Price is reasonable too
