Had an uncomfortable experience at this FamilyMart. My items were taken away because I didn’t have cash, and the staff gave me a very annoyed look, which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand they might be tired, but the attitude was disappointing. Hope the service can improve.

Ice cream always run out, never put a notice or whatsoever, let customer queue up for 10-15 minutes to find out the desired ice cream finished. Waste of time. Staff attitude is rude also. Lack of man power, either 1 person handle everything or 1 working at cashier 1 walk around to refill stock.
