Charged Rm10 for the nose pads (served by a tall guy with specs) . Found out that the opposite store change it for free afterwards and has a much better attitude as well.

Good service by the team of sales (Mr Ng, Mr Sim and Ms Park)., Mr Ng patiently explained the difference in the lenses to us. Not pushy and gave us sufficient time to consider between the lenses and frame. Highly recommended for those who wants to make a pair of new spectacles for the new year!

Made about 4 pairs of glasses worth about RM5-6K for family of 3. One of my frame was cracked although it claims to be ultem material within 1 year warranty. Send it in for 2 weeks and been told not able to replace or fix. Not going to patronise Eyesmate anymore.
