Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from your staff. Incredibly rude, asking me to re-queue when I was already in line. The staff even had the nerve to make faces right in front of customers — no apology, no basic manners. This is shocking and unprofessional. Management seriously needs to take action, because clearly this isn’t your first bad review on Google. Do better.

Bought last Friday. My child had vomiting and fever hours after eating. I myself had vomitting, severe diarrhea and fever 1 day after. This is the only food source we shared. Other family members no. The sanitation is poor. Clearly got the food poisoning from this.

Service staff is kind and prompt actually! Occasional smiles behind the masks. Sushi was okay.. very saucy

RUDE staff. yang melentik2 bulu mata tu so rude. Suppose another staff that serve us, but then she come take over her friend with a rude face and attitude. dia humban je tu sushi atas tray.

Empire sushi staff and their boyfriend or husband sitting at the table chairs provided for customers… while sitting they on their hp watch their videos too loud.. and the other staff join in and talked to loud to one another.. not professional at all.. and on the right pillar have video of retail excellent award videos non stop and on the other side staff watching videos on their hp very loud… best things are.. they placed their stuff on the table and customers have no place to sit.. should do something about it.
