Been there everyday week for groceries at TF and eco shop. Spacious parking and comfortable shopping experience.

the service is really bad , the workers keep talking to each other and even talk while serve the customer at the counter . They got a lot of workers but they only open 1 counter

Dear Director of eco shop..if U read this pls send my outstanding salute to your staff.. I've been to most of your eco shop...but this young Malay guy is very helpful...before I went to other outlet to get the one of the bag..I approached one of the staff n she told me what ever there are all there..I need the bag for my son's birthday party so I waste no time go to Paragon market place (28/06/24)to get same bag..this young Malay boy was climbing up doing his stock,I went to him n asked him for help..he came down n helped me to find the things that I want...I'm so impressed with his service...sorry to say not all eco shop staff are helpful...I really found this boy went extra mile of his service...I forgot to get his name but he is from the above mentioned place...He should be reward for his excellence service..keep it up your good job

I would like to give a compliment. all your staff Are very friendly. staff lelaki kat selling floor super friendly helping me to find hair mask while cashier staff also friendly helping me how to redeem point . highly recommend the store …
