Nizam was so sweet and outgoing, and was super helpful with our requests as we were looking for Specific kinds of bags! Totally made our experience even greater than we expected. Every staff there was super friendly and sweet as well! So much love for them.

I had a great experience at Charles and Keith Midvalley Southkey. Their customer service is really excellent . Dropped by to get a boots for myself and I’d been served by Ms.Hanis who gave me a warm welcome . Will def come back here to shop next time ! ❤️
