I prefer to give zero star if available....follow up slow... customer service as they don't need customer. Same question repeat by different staff.....less knowledge and worst customer service.....For customer service part maxis still the best

I wanted to buy 10 RM prepaid SIM but staff said must purchase 1 month data plan along with it so total to pay is 45RM. Even though all I needed was a day's data. When questioned, he said that it is store policy.
