Just bought my fold 7 there but why do they ask me to go to Samsung to setup my phone. They dont have any basic knowledge to setup the phone???

This two staff are not professional at all! I come here to insert an esim. But they keep on talking about my new phone (They speak in mandarin but they don't know that I understand mandarin). After a minute, I decided to change back to sim card since there's problem with the phone but they laugh at me and didn't help me properly! Supposedly I don't want to give any star at all! Very BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD ATTITUDE! I WON'T COME HERE AGAIN!! And I don't recommend others to come here!
