I was sold to perform coating on my car when I drove in at 12.30pm. I was told they can finish by 6pm when i told them i must leave by 6pm, but they were only half done when I collect at 6pm. Thankfully they did a reasonably good job to remove some stain I pointed out.

"Illegal activity under CARs International operating at Paradigm Mall JB" I have reported this incident to CARs International Customer Service for further action: Report: Today, I sent my car to CARs International at Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru. My membership had expired but they mentioned there is a package for non-members where they will charge RM 90 for wash, vacuum and anti-bacterial service. The service did not seem to be written anywhere on brochures or paper. Regardless, I still decided to proceed with the service thinking it was a "new" service. However, when I came back to pick up my car and wanted to pay using GrabPay or Credit Card, they mentioned that their system was down and they were not able to accept other than cash. I got suspicious at this point and asked them for a receipt for my payment. I am attaching the receipt here with this email. The receipt was written by hand and there is no details on what service was provided. Would you please confirm if this is legally operated under CARs International? If not, I would like to lodge a complaint against this illegal activity that seems to be duping and deceiving innocent people.

Car extremely well cleaned by Rahman. I missed their call and did not know they are closing at 8pm. Rahman waited for me till 845pm just to pass me my key. Really appreciate their effort and excellent service from Rahman.

Today I sent my car to Paradigm mall Car International Car Wash for my car wash, the worker who assigned to wash my car is very kind and polite.they found my gold ring which I have lost for quite sometimes. Without hesitation, he handover my gold ring to me once he found it and this has surprised me. I was looking for my gold ring for few months yet I can’t find it anywhere. Thanks God we still have such a honest and good person. Highly recommend Car international car wash I will definitely wash my car here again next time. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The worst customer service at a car wash ever! I went early in the morning when they opened. I was the first customer. When I asked to have my car wash, they refused and said that only members can use their service, which is a total lie! I’ve had them clean it before. I’ve never come across a business that tries their hardest to refuse a customer. Another example, when you show up, they will say it will cost over RM100 for a basic wash, but they’ve cleaned my car for RM36 before. When I ask them to check their systems, they look stupid when I expose their scam. The quality of their work, if you can convince them to wash your car, is better than average. Shame, they are all lazy! Terrible way to run a business. I’ve experienced the same at their KL shops too!

Did the car wash and vacuum here. Upon retrieving the car, the staff had meddle with the car navigation system by changing the language to another language. Took me some time to navigate the system. Do not know why the staff meddle with the navigation system. This is the one & last time doing washing here.

I'm a bit sceptical about washing my car at a mall parking lot. But CARs International proves me wrong. I like the idea of only members can get the carwash service, if not this place will be packed. And since its location is in a carpark mall, they can't afford to have too many cars at one go. I took the 1 year membership and got 300ish points. The points can be use to offset the price of the carwash, Polish, waxing etc. Which I think is a great idea. My car came out sparkling clean while I took my time having dinner and shopping in the mall. Wash, vacuum, Polish & wax only cost RM95. Worth it!

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to overpay for car maintenance while being politely hustled, this is the place. Firstly, note that this place doesn't even do any car services without a membership (minimum 250 RM payment to get membership). Apparently, because this is a “CARS international brand” with outlets everywhere, high quality polishing + waxing + sealant + windscreen coat now magically starts at RM 888. Yes, eight hundred eighty-eight ringgit. For comparison, the exact same service costs around RM 450 at places like Legend Car Wash and many other reputable shops. But hey, maybe the extra RM 438 is for the international vibes. Now comes the fun part: the sales strategy. You’ll be showered with “promotions” so generous that you’ll briefly feel like you’ve won a lucky draw. Spoiler alert: you didn’t. You’re just being smoothly guided toward a RM 2,500 bill. As a first-timer, I fell for it—because the pitch is so convincing you’d think you’re making the smartest investment of your life. “Totally worth it,” they say. Right. By the time you realize what happened, your car is shiny, your wallet is lighter, and you’ve paid 5x more than necessary for something you could’ve gotten elsewhere without the psychological gymnastics. Attaching screenshots of the prices so future customers can admire this premium pricing masterpiece themselves. Save your money, do your homework, and don’t learn this lesson the expensive way like I did.
