Terrible customer service. Staff on 28 February 2026 ,6pm , is not helpful. Waited long then Asked for a carrier, but instead of helping us put the drinks in cardboard carrier, she just place on table for us to fix own self. Excuse me this is not plastic bag. Also, Bought water melon lychee but tasted raspberry.

Do you make water according to the procedure? Or just play?? very bad experience, bought 4, please label at least using a marker on the top of the cup so the customer can know what water is, this worker asked me to open it myself to see, bought the original size, did you get full?? very bad!!!
