The service provided by the staff YH was excellent. They were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout. Always wearing a warm smile and proactively checking on our needs, YH made the entire experience very pleasant and welcoming. Such thoughtful service truly made us feel at home and deserves high praise!

had an unpleasant experience at the redemption counter. During the redemption process, she (Jing Tong?) was not attentive and kept chatting with her colleague next to her instead. Her facial expression also showed impatience, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Customer service might need some improvement.

The free gift with purchase is always the same. Not many brands available and free gifts limited. Hegen, S-26 and offspring not available at the MVEC JB. No events/ competitions for the babies/ kids. Disappointing. Not to compare but TCE is better
