An ice cream place that don't provide free ice water. You guys are serving sweet desserts... a cup of plain water will be nice.. making people buy rm2.40 drinking water...

New outlet in Caltex petrol kiosk at educity area just besides Coffee beans & tea leaves restaurant, good environment, friendly staff and clean. Only uncertain of vehicle parking area which is not clearly directed.

Poor customer service. I left a message to speak to the manager and was told she was in a meeting....for the next 2 days!! After a week I called the store many times and when someone eventually picks up the phone I get told it's her day off …
