This is the worst service at Auntie Anne's inside KSL . The cashier is very rude. An old men was trying to use his hp to pay, and he asked the cashier is this the correct way. The answer is " how I know, used card lah , you very troublesome ". I was shocked and walked away without buying anything from them.

Staff notice something wrong but still kept quiet and gave us uncooked pretzel. Paid RM13 for this.

Opening time written as 10AM, but we were told to Come back at 11 because the pretzels were not Ready. We came back at 1130 and even then we could only order 2 pretzels. …

For me, it’s a no. Although it’s soft, but it just taste like normal bread from bakery, nothing much special. The pretzel taste more better the one that i had at SG store.
