Horrible, gave me a burnt pretzel. They also didn’t give receipt so we couldn’t identify the transaction for formal complaint.

They only accepted cashless options so I had to ask the lady in front of us to order for us lol. Aunty Annie’s overrated ? Caramel almond rm6.5 is too sweet for me

I love the Pretzels here! Delicious and Prices are reasonable. Some more they have combo sets are worthy as well. For those love Pretzels, definitely recommend this. Reason why i only give 4/5 stars, because the locations are bit far from my place.

Best eaten hot but when we bought it in the morning it was cold. Perhaps best to reheat it at home in the airfryer first before eating. Kids like the cinammon and choco pretzel. One of the snacks that you need to try here especially if you're from SG as prices really differ.
