Came on a weekday afternoon, there’s not much people. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They are very observant and will inform us beforehand if any items are arriving later, and provided us with new napkins when ours were used up.

No queue compared to the outlet at city square. Chawamushi is a fan favourite. Each has their own hotpot and the fire looks dangerous to stop, please ask staff to help.

The soup can be a bit too salty but I do think the quality of food is comparable to other hotpot places out there. I like the appropriate sizing of the individual pots, and eating it in its entirety doesn’t leave you uncomfortably full or bloated.
