pic 1: the photo I showed the stylist pic 2: how my hair turned out alarm bells should have started ringing when they quoted a price, 518RM, that was much lower than other salons in the mall for cut+bleach+highlight. But the senior stylist, galvin, seemed so professional and trustworthy that I gave in to my cheapskate tendencies and agreed to this. It turns out that galvin barely even touched my hair and everything was done by a trainee/junior stylist pros: the haircut was good and the junior stylist was very meticulous and gentle with my hair. He was also very careful and meticulous when sectioning my hair for the highlights. He lowkey cut my bangs crooked though cons: I asked for ash grey highlights so I have no idea how it turned out brown?? Make it make sense??? Right after colouring, my hair was very dark but the junior stylist assured me that it would fade to ash grey after a few washes. I bleached my hair twice so it shouldn’t be that my hair isn’t light enough so maybe it’s the colour mixing? I badly wanted to trust the process but as you can see from the photo taken about a month after it’s not grey at all.

Galvin has been my trusted hairstylist for over ten years. I entrust entirely to him my hair colouring and trimming as well as scalp and hair treatments. He is very professional, meticulous and does his best. I am always pleased with the outcome each time I visit Alpha Salon. I highly recommend a visit to the Salon.

Love love love the experience! Though i was rushing for time, they did an excellent job to my hair and im loving it so much! Highly recommended! All the hairstylists were so polite and so nice! Will definitely come back❣️
