I was quite exited to go to Akemi JPO in JB, expecting good discounts. However, I bought recently some Akemi bedsheets in Aeon Ipoh and was surprised to see that I paid less than the price offered in Akemi JPO. It probably explained why there was hardly any customer in the shop.

Worst staff ever!!!! I won’t come to this particular Akemi due to bad behavior of the staff. The pillow i got late last night wasnt same as the pillow i got them… i dont want a refund. I just want to exchange to others which i can pay the difference. Wasted 2 pillows as that i didnt even use. No apology no nothing… say no then walked away. I have always been a fan of Akemi….. after this incident…. I may need to look for something else for a change. Based on other reviews of this store, staff attitude is questionable

The store assistant screamed very very loud to my 5 years old KID just because my kid touched the lucky cat in the casheer. I bought many items but she screamed again when I asked her to more polite to the customer. Maybe the manager can ask her to meet psyciatry first. Very bad service.
