Disappointing experience due to lack of communication, transparency, and attention to customer requests. Firstly, pricing was not clear on additional charges for CNY festive period . The front of house lady had a suspicious look when we were confirming for any extra charges, which I found dishonest and unprofessional. Transparent pricing should be the basic practice for any reputable salon. Secondly, the haircut was not what I requested. I clearly communicated the style I wanted and specifically asked the stylist not to cut my fringe any shorter. Despite my repeated request, she continued to cut it further, completely disregarding my instructions. As a result, my hairstyle was damaged and was not what I desired. On top of that, the stylist (an older lady who attended to me) displayed rude behavior throughout the session, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, I felt disrespected as a customer. Professionalism, honesty, and listening to clients’ requests are fundamental in this industry, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
