Did my battery replacement here, the staffs were helpful in trying to help me conplete the job within half day. I sent kn the phone on 4pm and got it back by 8pm. Pricing is as per Samsung's official replacement pricing also. If you can get same-day replacement, you can also just kill time in CS or Komtar.

Is stressful when your phone stops working and you're overseas. Had a great experience with the diagnosis and repair of my S22. Older phone but parts kept in stock. Customer service agent Seha was fantastic.

Visited around 1PM. Two Malay staff were talking very loudly at the Samsung Service Centre in JB City Square. It felt unprofessional and disrupted the customer environment. I hope Samsung improves their service culture.
