The worse fitting room experience here, only this branch is not allow another half to wait outside the fitting room, which other branch is allowed to do so, very bad experience, I thought I am the one who felt this weired until I saw the google review.

Worst branch ever. Boxes were placed at the fitting rooms, blocking the walkway. The space should be for customers to walk, not for staff convenience. Staff were allowed to go in and check on their friends, but customers were not allowed to enter. Very disappointing experience. 😔😔 …

I've been to so many Padini branches, but this was the first time I encountered such an impolite employee, It was at “City Square”. Today I just asked her a question, but she answered me with such an unwilling attitude that I didn't want to buy anything. The woman was the employee outside the fitting room. 28/8/2025
