Had the best experience at Jimmy Choo Johor. Vivi gave us a fantastic service. Went in for 1 pair of shoes and ended up buying 3 pairs. She is the best asset that the store has!

This was one of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere In the world! Vivi, the staff member who worked there was so good! We went there once and she did so well to get us interested in the products. We went to buy one pair of shoes and ended up buying 3 pairs!!! Vivi is so good at it!

Vivi is amazing!!! She was the sweetest salesperson and a real asset to the store. Because of her I ended up buying more pairs of shoes than i anticipated. Jimmy Choo should really appreciate her due to her unmatched customer service and positive attitude.
