I had a really good experience at Dr Specs and felt like I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. They took the time to listen to what I needed and explained everything clearly during the eye check. I liked that they asked about my daily habits and any eye discomfort instead of just focusing on selling glasses. The whole process felt smooth and comfortable. What I appreciated most was how patient and honest they were. They gave helpful suggestions, let me take my time choosing frames, and made sure everything fit properly. You can really tell they care about providing good service, not just making a sale. When I collected my glasses, they checked the fitting again and adjusted it carefully. Overall, the service was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an optical shop with friendly staff and genuinely good service.
